A presentation specialist, visionary, and leader that the team looks to when the stakes are highest, the standard needs setting, and the work has to be undeniable. While leading others is your specialty, you can still roll the sleeves up when it's time to get in the arena yourself—designing high stakes presentations, helping hone executive narratives, coaching speakers until the final click. You're still in it, still exceptional at it, and that's exactly what makes people want to follow you.
