Emily Lay

I am currently based in Lancaster, PA, living with my fiancée and his young son (part-time). My career has taken me many different places, but I found a sweet spot in project management. I'll take care of the schedule to let the creatives do what they do best—create! My favorite thing about the Ranch is the welcoming and the supportive community really makes it stand out. From day one I feel like I've been working with a group of my best friends.

You'll find me going out to dinner, going to trivia or hanging with family/friends on my down time. In the summer I like to garden, go to the beach, and lounge by the pool. In the winter I like skiing and crafts! I love to travel and explore new areas.
